Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to oversee a team of high-performing sales professionals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving team performance, coaching individual growth, and ensuring milestone targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a proven closer, an inspiring mentor, and a hands-on leader who thrives in the field and leads by example.

This role focuses on high-value clients, strategic account growth, and mentoring  sales staff. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the construction industry and a proven track record in sales, relationship management, and territory development.

Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Proven work experience of 5+ years in a sales manager role in the construction industry required.
  • Experience in asphalt and concrete sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Familiarity with construction project timelines, bid processes, and job site operations.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline oriented.
  • Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects at a time.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field; MBA preferred.

USD $120,000.00/Yr.
